Still less than the T2 cabinets have been selling for, although I could see those prices falling, I'm not sure of the modding potential there. SO probably closer to $750 Canadian all in. Oh ya and the holsters cost a few bucks too. Probably a few more bucks here and there on some spray paint, brackets, screws.

So in total around $650 Canadian, $520 American. The Happ coin door (around $70 US / $100 Canadian). I got the art from arcadegraphix during -40% sale, which was great. Sinden Light guns were expensive, but I didn't splurge on the recoil versions, so around $250.

The cabinet was really cheap (original asteroids I bought from in canada for $115 Canadian (about $90 US). Build is not too much $$ compared to buying a cabinet. Could use a pedal for time crisis though. Rebel Assault 2 (Dos) is one of my favourite childhood games and works great with a proper flight-stick.

  • Game runs great! I've also added a few "flight-stick arcade games" and I have a few classic PC games that run well with a flight-stick like this.
  • The joystick buttons were automatically assigned joystick 1 and 2. No setup needed in supermodel now for any buttons. (Example key 3 is for Coin, so I connected my coin switch to 3 on the keyboard encoder). Instead of messing around with changing button configurations for it, I just used the keyboard encoder to connect each button the the keyboard key I wanted. The supermodel emulator is a bit more "expert level" than what I'm used to.

  • It works great as it is so this might be true, although when standing I am aiming slightly down at parts of the screen (not 90 degrees) and it works great, so I think this is optional. I put the monitor fully 90 degrees because I heard the Sinden Light Guns might not work great with an angled screen. Lethal Enforcers themed cabinet (formerly $115 cdn Asteroids Cabinet): The marquees look a lot better in person, they look a bit washed out in the photos. I thought I would share a few photos here for now just to get them out into the universe.
